Meena, one of the popular South Indian actress, started her film career as a child artiste and has acted in more than 100 films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The dove-eyed beauty debuted as a heroine in the Tamil movie 'Oru Pudiya Kadhai' (1990) and shot to fame with 'Seetharamaiah Gari Manavaralu' (1991) in Telugu.This beautiful and talented actress who has paired with all the big heroes of South Indian films, became the favourite star of cinegoers with her classic looks, sparkling eyes and cheerful smile. Sincere, hard working and very down to earth, Meena established her abilities to catapult herself as a versatile actress. She has received many honours and awards and some of them includes Kalai Maamani award 1997 from Tamil Nadu Government, Two Nandi Best Actress Awards from Andhra Pradesh Government, Six Cinema Express Best Actress Awards etc.
